How it works

I begin checking my email at 9 am Monday-Friday.
Any contracts received after 3 pm will be processed the next business day.
I am not open on federal holidays or weekends.
I communicate via email to ensure you stay informed on all communication.
I ask that you keep me informed via email of all pertinent information/changes that affect how I work for you.
I do not negotiate, review documents with your clients, prepare repair requests, review inspection reports, or terminate contracts.
I will complete forms for you at your specific direction.
Any confidential information I receive from you or your client will remain confidential.
I will advocate for you and your business when communicating with your client.

Complete the "contact me" form on this website, or email me directly at Tammy@tlhtransaction.com to let me know what services you would like.
I will send you a one-time form for you to complete with your information.
I will also send you a form requesting information for the specific contract. Every contract will require this form.
I will request that you email me the contract and associated documents. You can send these with the initial request if you would like.

I will provide you with an invoice for $295.
Payment can be completed via the closing attorney as a line item on the settlement statement or directly from you.
Payment is due when the transaction closes. If the transaction does not close, you do not pay for that transaction.
Payment can be completed via a link I will email you or via Venmo or Zelle.
